Richard has been a full time Real Estate sales professional since 1985 after earning a General Business Certificate from Fanshawe College with additional courses in sales and marketing. Over the years he has been actively involved in the real estate industry on the local level. He was President of the London & St. Thomas Real Estate Board Marketing Division in 1992; he has sat as Director for five years at the London & St. Thomas Real Estate Board of Directors; and he regularly attends National Real Estate Sales conferences and seminars across Canada and United States. Richard has been a Sutton Group Platinum Award winner since 1991. In 1999 he was awarded the Outstanding Service Award by the local Real Estate board.

Daniela worked with local masonry construction companies before completing her B.A. in Geography at The University of Western Ontario in 1996. She also has legal secretarial and service industry experience. Daniela continues her Real Estate education with ongoing courses and seminars. A licensed Real Estate salesperson since 2001, Daniela achieved the Sutton Group Director’s Award for sales in 2002 and the Sutton Group Platinum Sales Award since 2003.
